Lease Status

The BAMS field is leased from the City of Boerne.  The lease term is good through January 11, 2005.  Following January 11, 2005, the lease may be renewed for 2 year terms.  The field is located on a flood basin of Lake Boerne.  It is unlikely that the field will ever be developed, which means it is highly likely that our lease will remain for the foreseeable future.  We have a good relationship with the City.

Planned Improvement

Build a small shaded pavilion.  It’s hot in Texas.

Why Do We Deserve One of the $1,000 Awards?

As with any business it’s always about the money.  So, how can BAMS help Hitec make more money and why would Hitec want to support BAMS in a Podunk town in Texas?  First off, Boerne, is located about 15 miles northwest of San Antonio, Texas, one of the nations top 10 largest cities.  Airplane field space is getting tight in San Antonio, and we anticipate substantial growth from the San Antonio area.  If we received one of the awards we would naturally rename our field to BAMS Hitec field.  I think some signage would be in order.  We want to build your brand.

Second, as you can see from the photo, we’re active in our community.  These Boy Scouts can easily be educated on the benefits of Hitec products.

I think you see where we are going here and we hope you will give BAMS the opportunity to help make the most of Hitec USA.

Best Regards,
